One method to spruce up your plants is to place accents like small wire butterflies or other charming insects. You can also make a little trellis for a vining houseplant with an old wire hanger. Straighten out the hook and form the rest of the hanger into a heart or any othershape. Place the hook into the soil and the creeping plant grows around the shape. Look around your home for other items you can use as a trellis.
If you have a larger plant, try including some smaller plants at the base for an interesting look. If you want to include color to the plant, include some flower bulbs and see what different colors can do!
